JavaME for Android : ME4Android

Carlos of Poliplus Software looks like they may be planning on releasing a product, ME4Android, that can be used to port existing JavaME applications to the Android platform. On the site he has ported a JavaME application to the Android platform, and states that with ME4Android the porting should be done automatically. Eventually you should not have to change any of the JavaME code, but only rebuild the application targetting Android.

The application that Poliplus has released is called "FlyerApp". This program lets you choose from a list of stores and then browse products form their flyers. Polipus Software also makes a handful of mathematics and engineering programs for Pocket PC based PDAs.
