Android seems great... I see a lot of potential here!

However, I've been using the emulator all day... and I have yet to get used to the lack of a task switching control. Maybe I am too accustomed to my WM6, but it would be nice to switch between processes! ...right now, I have to re-launch the original activity every time I accidentally press the [Home] key within a textview. >.<

The Alt-Tab kind of thing in Windows to switch between apps and/or a task manager to view/stop processes would be great.

Some kind of task manager will be needed if you're going to use this thing every day...if I'm writing an email and need to switch back and forth between a document or the web browser there needs to be an easy way.
