A User can define voice messages to play based on the status they set the phone. An example user status could be "meeting" ex. I am presently in a meeting and would much rather be talking to you. Please leave a message. "Available" It rings through. Similar to how people have away messages on IM.

Many other options could be added such as different recordings for certain callers or a combo to bypass and ring the phone in case of an emergency.
