Register for new user for a application i creating

I am going to develop a new application and it required user login in.. So in order for users to sign in, i intend to have a button "Register" and want to ask any people willing to guide me to have this function of coding for creating a new user account.

 Where do you plan to register the user? On their own phone it does not make sense, since (supposedly) they are the only user on the phone.

 If you'd like to register them somewhere online, then you'll need a webservice for that, but this webservice can not be coded in a general way since it depends on the site where you'd like to register your user.
