Install Android Honeycomb 3.2 On Your Laptop/ Eee Pc (Video included)

If you haven’t heard of an open source project called Android-x86 then you should check it out. It aims to get Android up and running on your laptops, desktops PC’s and to port Android open source project to the x86 platform.
Well, we now have almost full functional builds of Android 3.2 Honeycomb booting and running various systems.

The whole process involves a few simple steps really and they include – Downloading the Android ISO, then via using UNetbootin you install it’s image to a USB stick drive or a SD Card. Following on you then have Honeycomb up and running via one of those two options. The must luck is with the old ASUS Branded products especially the old Eee Pc’s, Wi-Fi is working, Bluetooth, and a lot more, even the Android Market has been able to be installed.

Ice Cream Sandwich being released with full source code being made available along with the Honeycomb code embedded brings along a lot more scope for the Android-x86 project.
