Factory images posted for Nexus 4, Nexus 7 LTE
Google has posted the 4.4 KitKat factory images to their developers site today. Seemingly ahead of the OTA, users can download and install the images to their Nexus 4s and Nexus 7 LTEs. No official announcement has been made.
No users have reported receiving the official over the air update yet. If anyone has, they’re being quiet about it. Regardless, it’s pretty easy to update with the factory images.
If you’re interested in loading KitKat on your Nexus device, hit the link below. Instructions are on the page if you don’t know how to install it. If anyone receives the official OTA update, please let us know via email or social networks.
