HTC One X (Tegra 3) Review: It Does Everything But Make You A Sandwich (Coming In Android 5.0)

1In recent memory, there are only 2 phones I've been as excited to lay my hands on as the One X, and those are the Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S II. There's a good reason for my excitement: this is the first phone to pack Nvidia's excellent Tegra 3 CPU. And that's just the tip of the iceberg, really; other touted features - such as the amazing unibody design, ultra high-quality camera, and beautiful screen - help build upon that excitement.

For those of you who have been waiting for the next wave of phones to drop, it's here. And it's amazing.

Full Hands-On With Samsung's S Voice From The Galaxy S III

s-voiceS Voice is Samsung's entry into the fledgling "virtual assistant" market currently occupied by Siri, Evi, Speaktoit Assistant, Vlingo, and a handful of others. The Galaxy S III rom leaked two days ago, and while most of the stuff in it is broken and completely useless without the version of Touchwiz it's meant to run on, S Voice is a perfect combination of being interesting AND working. So we're going to take a look at it on my Galaxy Nexus, which is currently running vanilla (well, AOKP) 4.0.4.

A Hundred 5-Star Reviews For $150 (Or: How Cheaters Game The Android Play Store Using Mechanical Turk)

picWay back in the day, if you wanted to know if a piece of software was safe, reliable, or usable before you opened the package, you were out of luck. Once you rip that shrink wrap, you're stuck with it. The app markets of today are, by comparison, a breath of fresh air. A litany of user reviews let you know up front if a piece of software is crap or not before you download. Unfortunately, sometimes developers, like Noosoft Games, abuse this system by, as an example, using the Mechanical Turk system from Amazon to pay for 5-star reviews.

Behold: The Most Hilarious Galaxy Note (Scratch That - Any Phone) User Review On The Internet

screenshotI have to apologize. For what, you're asking? For not publishing this video 15 minutes sooner, mostly due to being incapacitated by convulsive laughter that resulted from watching it.
What we have here today is probably the most hysterical unofficial review of the Galaxy Note any phone, ever. Of course, I welcome you to beat it (just leave a link in the comments), but my memory does not have a record of a performance that could rival this one by ELPRESADOR.
I won't spoil it for you further. Just watch. It's pure gold.
